Please note: Sycamore House is a three-bedroom house. Two bedrooms remain locked and unavailable for guest use. Guests have sole access to all remaining areas including the sitting room, kitchen-diner, bathroom, bedroom, garden, and driveway.

Sycamore House is located in Sandiacre, a residential town between Nottingham and Derby. Shops, supermarkets, and takeaways are all conveniently nearby.

The market town of Long Eaton, with its cafés, shops, and restaurants, is approximately 5 minutes away by car or 7 minutes by bus using regular Trent Barton services.

Attenborough Nature Reserve is a short drive away and offers excellent walking and wildlife opportunities.

Nottingham city centre is easily accessible in approximately 14 minutes by car or around 30 minutes via regular bus services. East Midlands Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car, with direct bus connections also available.

Toton Lane tram stop is nearby and provides regular Nottingham Express Transit services.

Free driveway parking makes Sycamore House particularly convenient for guests arriving by car and ideal for exploring the wider East Midlands region.

BOOKING POLICY

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Failed payments must be completed within 24 hours or the booking may be cancelled. Card fees of up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance; however, charges of up to £50 may be applied to the card on file in the event of damage.

Upsells such as early check-in, late check-out, and add-on packages are non-refundable once booked.
