”Wow! What an amazing pad! The house & guest house were spotless and the grounds were amazingly beautiful! Our group had a conference down the street, and since we rarely get to see each other outside a zoom call we elected to ger a spot together. Im SOOO glad we went with this spot. Plenty of room for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. If you have a large family or work group I would highly recommend this spot!Thanks again! ”

”We are a three generation family ages ranging from 82 to 10 years. Besides excellent housing amenities, the games were a big hit. The property is in a beautiful location. Close to town but on the edge of country. Perfect for small or larger number of guess. Relax by one of 2 fire pits, or barbeque at the gazebo with the whole gang. What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of California. ”

”We were in town to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and this home was the perfect fit. We loved being able to walk to Oxbow Market for breakfast and felt safe in the neighborhood. Our favorite feature was the patio. It was really enjoyable drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening under the terrace! Communication was great and the check-in/out process was easy. ”

”Really enjoyed staying here. Great location within walking distance to downtown, and very clean property. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a nice home cooked meal. Having to park across the somewhat busy street is a bit inconvenient but there was always parking available.”

”This is a cozy house with a short walk to downtown or a quick drive to Hwy 29.The bed and pillows were very comfy and the house has a lot of charm. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this house again on our next trip to Napa Valley.”

”This house is super clean, well equipped, and centrally located. The owner was extremely gracious and timely in his response. The house was close to the 29 Highway and just a short drive to most wineries. It is the perfect house for a weekend getaway. I will stay her again when returning to Napa! Book your trip with this property you wont be disapointed!”

”Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed.”
