”I want to start by saying I rate places based on the expectations of the area and not compared to other places I have stayed. This is a rural mountain town, so don't expect glitz and gold. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor is very 70's, but it reminded me of growing up, and the fact that it lasted this long only further emphasizes how well the staff takes care of the facility. Geogf an Lynn have done an amazing job, an are extremely nice people that simply want to share this with others. Upper river is beautiful, an access to the river is plenty. The campsites are clean an laid out to provide privacy an maintained an clean. Perfect for a family or a solo trip. I'll be telling others, an hope this takes the guess work out of it for you. ”

”I had a wonderful time in the gorgeous Lodge at Trout Creek! My hosts made me feel so at-home, yet I also felt like I was somewhere special and excellent. I felt that I was in a very relaxing, pleasant place that offered me excellent rest and peak comfort. For anyone who will be in the area, I absolutely recommend staying here. I was only in Trout Creek for 2 nights, but staying here lent so much to my short time in the area!”
