"We had a good experience here. Location was perfect when travelling with a dog, the hotel has large private grounds to walk around. Room was spacious and comfortable and all the staff members friendly. Hotel seems really safe and is gated. There is a store right next door for essentials. The hotel restaurant seemed cozy and inviting (staff was great too!) but we didn’t have time to try it other than for quick drinks. Same with the swimming pool, unfortunately it was not allowed to take a quick dip after check out when we were waiting for our flight. I would be happy to stay here again."

"The hotel is okay but just not that good value for money. I guess airport hotels are often overpriced, and Tijuana’s location at the border means that rates are more in line with US prices. Hotel could benefit from a renovation to freshen it up and better reflect the prices. However, all staff members from reception to housekeeping and bar were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to airport and bus station, and there is an outdoor mall with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable but soundproofing could be better, there was some noise coming in from the hallway and other rooms. It’s worth noting that the free airport shuttle only runs from hotel to airport, not the other way around."
