Nuestra Señora del Pilar -katedraali: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

Rooms were clean, roomy, and beds were soft. We rented partial ocean view- which had no ocean view due to the palm trees, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. Later on we needed to move rooms so they showed us a room, I accepted the room. A little suspicious after they showed us the room, I accepted, and they tried to book us into another room (it was a corner room, smaller, and no balcony or patio). I went back to the front to let her know that was NOT was we agreed on and signed for. She then moved us to the correct room that I was shown in the first place. This was just a bit suspicious for me. But in the end we moved to the right room, just a little sketchy. Pool was much cleaner than my past experience in other all inclusive places. Food was ok. We had Buffett breakfast, and for lunch they had pizza (was just ok) and the Buffett for fruit we wanted. Liked that we could bring plastic plates from the Buffett to the pool (fyi- I didn’t know we could do that- but now I do and it was nice to be able to eat fruit by the pool). Downside? The nightly restaurants. They booked our dinner automatically (which were at like 8:00-9:00- we have little kids- so this was inconvenient). We rearranged and went on the service was very slow (when I say slow I mean 1.5-2 hours to eat), very limited in menu, and hard to get additional drinks. We ended up canceling our reservations and walking across the road for dinner. Would recommend breakfast/snack/lunch, eat dinner out. Overall 3-4 stars.

Everything was amazing food and hospitality. Gabriel and Raul and Pedro Leonardo and Sergio all amazing !! The customer service has been truly amazing. 10 out of 10.

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.
