”This is a beautiful resort! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay exceptional! We have been there many times but not in the last 14 years. I would say that the grounds are not kept up as well as in the past, but still very beautiful. Rooms were clean, except for the floor walking around very little without shoes, feet were black. ”Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. The staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately I cannot say that about the condo owners, some were rude. As far as the view of the ocean was great, easy access to the...

En general todo muy bien la estacia fue maravillosa, sin duda volveria, mi unica sugerencia seria que el hotel necesita bastante mantenimiento de todas las areas, habitantes, baños , alberca y que el restaurante pueda dar servicio toda la semana, el hotel es increíble el personal muyy amable , la vista excelente, solamente el mantenimiento falta”

”Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! ”

”El hotel está muy bonito, excelente ubicación, muy buena atención. Pero hay áreas a mejorar.. por ejemplo la comida del restaurante, el foco de la alarma contra incendios no m dejo dormir y las habitaciones de 2o piso bastante ruido y el hecho que el hotel está muy alto si quieres estar en la playa no tienen fácil acceso al baño del hotel. Tardas mucho en subir los 4 o 5 pisos de la rampa para llegar a un baño .. ”

”"AI-lite" is probably an overstatement. -No fridge, no stocked drinks in your room -No alcohol served until 1030am...ie no morning mimosa or bloody Mary. -No bar to hang out in the evening, they have a limited bar in the sterile coffee shop in the evening - They run out of sandwiches and snacks by the evening, so your all- inclusive ends there too. You can buy LIMITED food at the coffee shop. -No sign on the ADULT pool, so kids were constantly getting in, diaper kids... soooo many...
