The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts through the palms as you settle into a peaceful coastal rhythm, where mornings begin with coffee and garden views and days unfold between the pool and nearby beach. Located in the Flamingos area of Bucerías at Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this comfortable retreat offers space to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the ease of seaside living.



The Space

Designed for relaxed stays, this entire rental unit accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and a sofa bed, along with 3 bathrooms for added convenience. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, while room-darkening shades and cotton linens support restful nights. A private entrance and self check-in with keypad ensure a smooth arrival, and the single level layout with no stairs in the home makes moving around easy. Families are well supported with a paid crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, and children’s dinnerware.



Sleeping Arrangements

Each bedroom provides comfortable sleeping space with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage in closets. The sofa bed offers additional flexibility for larger groups. Three bathrooms with hot water and a bathtub make it easy for everyone to refresh after a day by the water.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at your own pace, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, Otro electric stove, stainless steel oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and dining table for shared meals. Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._0_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
