”Clean rooms, mostly locals/non-foreigners but that may be due to the timing of our visit. I only stayed for three days but the Italian night food was Not It but it is what it is for all-inclusive. However, their mexican cuisine and breakfast is top-notch, no complaints. All you can eat and drink and it's pretty easy and quick to get a drink at any time. Quiet in the morning, starts to pick up at around noon but pools (many) are available till around 10PM, and there is a rooftop lounge/pool area...

”The staff is what saved this resort. Every single staff member is truly amazing. Resort needs a deep clean overall. Lots of broken tiles in pools. Beach chairs are filthy. On plus side. Views from ocean side rooms are beautiful. Rooms big. Variety in restaurant choices. Amazing staff. During my first week I stayed in a Riu resort and moved to Fiesta for my second. ”There were two things we found lacking during our week long stay. First, the food. More often than not the buffet stations were empty and the employees at the stations seemed to avoid you. The options were bland and for the live of toast….. get better toasters! Second was the evening entertainment and general activities.”
