”My family and I had a wonderful stay at Finest. We travelled with our two little ones and everyone was taken care of. The Kids Club is amazing - they had a blast there and the events and shows were great. Everything was spotless inside and outside the rooms. Some parts of the rooms looked a little tired, but that’s being really picky and didn’t impact our enjoyment at all. The resort is very well laid out and no where felt over crowded. ”We had the best time! Service-Excellent Pool-Excellent Food-Excellent Beach-Okay. Water was pretty, but not accessible due to the amount of the rocks. Plus, large amount of the Sargasm blooms on the beach, but that’s not their fault. We would definitely return to Hilton Playa Del Carmen.”

”The staff is welcoming and top-notch! The penthouse suites were out of this world. Food was 8.5/10 and cocktails a 7/10 (make sure you go to the lobby bar, they have the best mixers and spirits). Of course, the beaches are gorgeous, although water is not as crystal clear as some other locations. Still a wonderful experience and I hope to go back again!”
