”The hotel is close to the beach, clean, and well-maintained with friendly and helpful staff. One thing that threw me off was that when we checked out early, the night staff stated we had to pay a fee for doing so. I informed the staff that this was never brought to my attention, and in the end, we did not pay the early checkout fee. Other than that, I recommend this property.”

”This hotel is the worst place I’ve visited; I left immediately and did not stay. Hotels.com states front desk is open daily 10am-9pm. Upon arriving, we could not determine how to get into the property, with only a large, wooden wall to stare at. The massage lady next door showed how to lift a slats to reach inside to trigger the latch. Once opened, she called someone, with whom I spoke briefly, totally unaware of my reservation. The lady escorted us up a rusty spiral staircase which creaked...

”Wasn't impressed. Pool is small and filled with screaming children and the staff has a huge speaker blasting music. The water in the pool was about 90*. I don't think there was any alcohol in the drinks. Buffet left a lot to be desired. One restaurant was completely closed for renovations. Not much to eat as a vegetarian. Overall i won't be back but it was decent overall.”
