”It was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I paid premium prices, and the rooms were ugly. The service was terrible. There was nothing premium about it. The only thing here are swingers who really enjoy themselves and give the resort high ratings. It’s even below zero for me because I don’t care about the other stuff happening. If the resort had been nice, had good service, had good food, and had a lot of activities, it might have been okay. But it wasn’t. ”

”Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows.
Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier...
