The primary staff (bar, food, room service, beach service, etc) were all absolutely amazing!! We felt very welcome and well taken care of by them. When the cleaning service cleaned my room they threw away all my prescription meds. All of them. My guess is they thought the room was being vacated even though it was not. Had to file a security report. We felt the property team did not believe this happened, they ignored the gravity of the situation of all my medications being gone and me being unable to replace them at the local farmacia, and did almost nothing to help solve the issue. It was very disappointing after getting such great vibes everywhere else on the property. Won't return because of this response. We had two rooms there with a total of 6 nights. I went 4 nights without my medications which was pretty awful for me. I tried to make the bets of it though!
