”Overall a good stay, though it fell just short of excellent. The staff were friendly across nearly every interaction, and the property itself was well-maintained and spotless.
A few things kept it from being a true standout. In the first 24 hours, we waited over an hour for food at one of the on-site restaurants, and a room service order we placed never arrived at all. There was also significant construction happening on the property, with heavy machinery generating a lot of noise throughout...

”The only wellness resort I've ever been to but it was amazing and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING. The scenery and rooms was absolutely beautiful as well as the amenities. The only downfall for me was i got food poisoning on the last day of my trip. 24 hours of diarrhea and vomiting. The staff insisted it was because the fermented foods but i assured them kimchi was not new to my diet nor plant based foods. ”Fabulous resort - all of it!! The architecture and layout of it is great. There is nothing cheap looking or feeling about it. We stayed in building 3 on the 7th floor overlooking the whole property. Great room and view! It was a preferred suit with an ocean view. All the staff there were so helpful and polite, our room was always very clean, the whole resort was spotless, the food and drinks were great, and the pools were excellent! We went to various nightly events around the property...
