”Ilmastointia ei ollut mahdollista säätää, joten huoneessa oli erittäin kylmä tai liian kuuma. Ranta on huono levän vuoksi. Henkilökunta pääosin erittäin hyvää, pidimme etenkin Boriksesta. Lähtiessämme henkilökunnalla oli ongelmaa tilata taksia, joten myöhästyimme lautalta. Tämä oli iso pettymys. Ruoka ei ollut kovin kummoista. ”

Man merkt dass das Management auf die Vorschläge und das Feedback der Kunden eingeht. Da Hotel ist gut überdacht mit grosser liebe zum Detail. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Strand in Playacar ist der Beste in der Region. Viel Sand, wenig Saragasum, wenig Strandverkäufer, keine Parties. Wir würden wieder buchen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen.”

”We stayed at the cheapest room with fan. It was clean and big, fan was fine, shower was hot. Pool area is very nice. Wifi works at pool, not inside room. Good central location and just very friendly service alltogether. Recommended!”

”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is one of the best in central Playa del Carmen! For the purpose of my trip the hotel was perfect. It’s a shopping mall type of setting so not the most cozy or romantic if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that I would recommend...

”Pretty much the worst hotel I have stayed in. Everything is broken from toilets to furniture. Everything inside and out is in state of disrepair, pool is filthy, room doors don't lock properly.. the list goes on indefinitely. As a cherry on top they have extremely loud party every night until midnight so don't even dream of sleeping before then.. and don't think you'll enjoy it because it will vary from EDM where people try to crash your room to hook up to a geriatric tango night. You wont be...

”Location! Location! Location! Five minute walk to the beach, and restaurants. 10 minute walk from both malls to do shopping! If you’re looking for a place to stay in playa del Carmen and don’t walk to break the bank, this is the place to stay. Felt safe my entire stay due to security, and the staff was beyond accommodating. ”

”Ihana pikku boutique-hotelli. Huoneen sijainnista riippuen sinne saattaa kuulua musiikkia ja biletystä ympäristön ravintoloista, mutta minulla kävi hyvä tuuri huoneen suhteen. Aamiainen suppea (mehu, kahvi hedelmiä jogurttia, mysliä, paahtoleipää) mutta oli hyvin maukas.”

”Es un lugar bastante accesible para visitar la quinta avenida, la habitación fue espaciosa y cómoda y la comida igual fue buena. El servicio al cliente fue excelente siempre dando la atención necesaria y de calidad. Un lugar muy recomendado para pasar una noche pero cabe destacar que al no contar con un estacionamiento se hace complicado el donde resguardar el carro con el que se está viajando.”

”Had a good stay here. Large and clean rooms. Had a kingsize bed with a balcony. Note that all the rooms dont have a balcony. Good breakfast. Juices could be better. Good location, 2 minutes to the 5th avenue. A lot of noise to the rooms on the entrance side. Pool is great! Cold water but also refreshing. No shower!? Small gym with a view to the sea. I recommend this hotel!”

”Emme meinanneet päästä hotelliin kun tulimme 11 aikaan illalla kaupunkiin suoraan Cancunin lentokentältä. Ovimies ei osannut englantia ja käski kävelemään sisarhotellille kauempana selvittämään asiaa. Ei kauheasti naurattanut päivän matkustamisen jälkeen. Pääsimme kuitenkin lopulta hotellille, mutta huone oli tosi kolkko. Onneksi oltiin vain yksi yö hotellissa. Kannattaa välttää tätä hotellia, varsinkin jos ei osaa espanjaa.”

”The room was big and well equipped! The airconditioning was good. The beds were comfortable. The location was great and the room was quiet too. The only thing that didn't work during our stay was the WIFI. Only in the lobby area there was a wifi we could use. ”
