”The landscape was beautiful. It had a very tropical feel to it. The food was good and the rooms were big and clean. The sand on beach was great but it is all rocks getting into the water. You can walk to the pier to get into the water but I didn’t want to walk that far. That was the only thing I was disappointed with on this trip. We were there 12 days. Very nice overall!”

”I loved staying here! I came to do diving at the dive shop on site and it was perfect. The room was AMAZING and massive! The shower was so perfect and I had an amazing view of the beach. They have an all inclusive option but decided not to do it bc was out all day with diving. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, and also tried breakfast one of the mornings. The hotel beach is sooo pretty, and you can watch the sunset from there, and you can also snorkel with lots of colorful...

”It’s a great little quiet resort with exceptional care taken to the grounds. Be prepared though the water may not be crystal clear as you are used to on Cozumel. It changes there depending on when you go due to the location on the island.”

”Did not like that we had appx 50% of the resort to use since they are in the midst of renovations - fixtures showed wear and tear and didn’t appreciate the rough uneven stones that were used on the walkways (possible tripping hazard) Also didn’t appreciate being told if we paid an additional $30.00 we could get into our room prior to the posted check in time”

”The resort was beautiful and as pictured. The pools, rooms and staff were all amazing! The buffet food was terrible, think hospital cafeteria food. It was very plain and bland. We had 2 specialty restaurants passes, the Oriental and the Authentic Mexican: they were both amazing. The snack bar had burgers and fries for lunch from 12-5 everyday and that is what we ate most of the week for lunch and dinner. The beach had a lot of seaweed in the water and was not as clear as I thought it would...

”The hotel was nice overall. We were happy with our room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone was great with our kids. The adult pool seemed much nicer than the family pool, so it was disappointing that it was adult only. The beach/water was unusable due to heavy sargassum. The day beds near the beach/pool were very nice. The kids activities seemed great for younger children but were not as appealing to my 9 and 11 year olds. The hotel and rooms were nice and we found the food...
