”Varasimme hotel Sireniksen kolmen yön vierailun ajaksi marraskuussa. Hotelli oli hinta/laatu suhteeltaan pettymys. Varsinkin, kun hotelli mainostaa itseään viiden tähden hotellina odottaa mielessään tiettyä tasoa. Huone itsessään oli erinomainen. Siisti, uudistetun oloinen hyvä sänky ja tilaa riittävästi. ”Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. ”Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying.”

”What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great. If you can afford the up grade, I’d always stay in one of their ocean view rooms. It’s worth it. Affordable overall but you do need to be able to walk to dining locations or have a car to drive.
