”Although our room was starting to show its age, it was very clean and the staff was excellent. There was a significant renovation happening to many of the villas so it seems they are keeping the buildings as up to date as they can. The only downside was the food. The dishes at the buffet were consistently mislabeled and the restaurants were extremely difficult to book a reservation, although the food was excellent at the one reservation we did secure”

”GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real. Great hotel can’t wait to see what the remodeling is gonna look like bonus also got to see a bunch of friendly little critters roaming around… first time seeing a coati. Don’t leave your room...

”Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. We are coming back again with 7 friends next year. ”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”
