”Everything was great at the hotel. We got the all inclusive. Little different u get a bill that you sign for everything …make sure to get a copy for each one. I was tipping with cash and one of the wait staff decided to add tips to some of the tickets which added up over the week was the only down fall ”
”The property is beautiful. We stayed in the Level Up rooms on the on beach. While there was a ton of seaweed in the ocean and really not swimmable, the resort next door had none and that is where we went for snorkeling and swimming. The staff were excellent. The swim up bar was awesome, but it was closed for the last three days we were there and that was a bit disappointing but the lobby bar was open and staff made sure we had drinks when needed. The food is just okay, but we did not have...

Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.
Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

Jos et jätä tippiä esim 2 oluesta kun noin 2e niin saat pahat katseet etkä kunnon Palvelu enää sen jälkeen.. Jos olet unohtanut kirjoittaa tipeistä määrän kun otat huone laskuun niin heti juostaan perään tippiä tippiä.. Alkoi ärsyttää. Meillä meni pelkkiin tippeihin rahaa vajaan viikon aikana...
”We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)”

”Iso allasalue ja kiva ranta-alue, josta pääsi hyvin mereen uimaan. Siisti, mutta vähän jo kauhtunut yleisilme. Polkupyöriä sai lainata hotellilta ilmaiseksi. Viihdyttiin hyvin 4 yötä.”
”Nice and cozy place for a few nights. Some traffic noice starting early in the morning and a dog that barks days and nights on the roof of the next house. TV didn't work and they offered another room for us but we as had just unpacked our suitcases we didn't have much energy for packing and moving again because of TV. Breakfast was ok, not super but ok. Wifi worked most of the time.”
