”The hotel is stunning and service is amazing and very attentive - one small detail ; we booked room on second level specifically for the view but unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage so we were moved to lower room - while they tried to fix it and move us back to the original room, it still smelled of strong chemicals - unfortunately we didn’t get any type of compensation for the inconvenience.”

”Highly recommend the Omakase. By far the best restaurant there. Also was pressured leading up to the stay to pre book the spa for a "discount" before arriving. When I showed up they gave me a letter from Expedia for 20% off which was a better saving but it was too late. Their shuttle service is more than double the price of a private one or Uber so do your research. Rooftop pool is nice an quiet. Overall nice stay”
