Deposit & Service Fees
At Välkka Management, we value transparency so you can enjoy a seamless stay without any surprises.
Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of $3,000 MXN (approximately $145 USD) will be required. This can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or in cash, and will be fully refunded upon check-out.
The condominium applies a maintenance fee of $100 MXN (approx. $5 USD) per person, per night for guests aged 12 and above, settled at check-out, along with a one-time kitchen cleaning fee of $300 MXN (approx. $15 USD) and a one-time linen setup fee of $455 MXN (approx. $24 USD) upon arrival.
These charges cover the use of facilities, daily apartment cleaning, and housekeeping service that makes the beds and keeps the space tidy during your stay.
Important note: after the initial cleaning prior to your arrival, the daily housekeeping service does not include kitchen cleaning.
