”Only great things to say! We stayed for part of our trip of our honeymoon, and wish we could have stayed here longer. We had the king bed, with the swim up pool, and it was awesome. Big bathroom, spacious room, semi private pool/ patio area. The restaurants were awesome, Lia being our favorite! The menus were elevated and the drinks were good! ”Clean rooms, mostly locals/non-foreigners but that may be due to the timing of our visit. I only stayed for three days but the Italian night food was Not It but it is what it is for all-inclusive. However, their mexican cuisine and breakfast is top-notch, no complaints. All you can eat and drink and it's pretty easy and quick to get a drink at any time. Quiet in the morning, starts to pick up at around noon but pools (many) are available till around 10PM, and there is a rooftop lounge/pool area...

”Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky...

When I arrived early for check-in with an elderly lady and my family, they didn't offer us the option of using the room to rest, which is included in the hotel's policies and benefits, and I had to wait in the lobby.
