With a separate entrance onto a terrace equipped for outdoor dining with a sea view, it consists of: a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a master bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a window, shower stall, and washing machine. Prices include: rent, water, electricity, and gas, final cleaning, one beach umbrella and two lounge chairs on the private beach, and a parking pass.

Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per night (max 15 days; children up to 3 years old are exempt).
Bedding and towels (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
