I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. ”Sakura Tower is part of the Prince hotels complex. The swimming pool and most of the shops and restaurants are in the Prince Takanawa hotels, a short walk across the garden. There is a separate charge of 2000 yen to use the pool or gym. Hotel is conveniently located few minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Service was excellent, room and bathroom large and in good condition. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fine, too.”
