”This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!”

”The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was great and spacious. Excellent property! Walking distance from the trían station. I highly recommend.”
”I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. ”Sakura Tower is part of the Prince hotels complex. The swimming pool and most of the shops and restaurants are in the Prince Takanawa hotels, a short walk across the garden. There is a separate charge of 2000 yen to use the pool or gym. Hotel is conveniently located few minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Service was excellent, room and bathroom large and in good condition. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fine, too.”
