”Wij hadden de ‘river view’ kamer: Een geweldige en ruime kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier en een aantal bruggen.
Heerlijke bedden!
Koffie en thee beschikbaar en koelkast gevuld met drankjes gratis.
Ontbijtbuffet heerlijk vers en heel uitgebreid.
Hotel in centrum van de stad.
Bij een probleem met parkeren werden we uiterst vriendelijk geholpen. Geduldig personeel wat echt probeert mee te denken.

”We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.
Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...
”We had a lovely overnight stay in this city centre hotel. Beautiful, modern decor and artwork. We Liked how they are promoting local small businesses with the mugs in room and other items for sale in the lobby area. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was fantastic and he’s very comfortable. ”
”Reception staff were very friendly and chatty. Not in a hurry to get you moved on. Same when arrived as was when i left same young lady .

”We stayed for one week due to a conference trip.
- The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now
- The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows.
- The sheets had stains
- Not noise proof room as advertised in the room description!...
”Three adults, 2 bedrooms, two bath (one on suite), immensely comfortable beds. Lounge and beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Spotless. Fantastic value. Staff are just fabulous, kind and friendly.
Couldn’t ask for anything else. Near to absolutely everything central Newcastle. Will 100% stay again.”
”We had a very comfortable, clean, spacious room overlooking the Millenium Bridge. We needed to be quiet, as we were attending a family funeral. And it was.
The facilities in the room are excellent. You have everything you need and more.
Watch out for extemely hot water in the shower.
Also, we paid an extortionate amount of money for a 10/15 minute taxi ride which the hotel booked for us. I would suggest booking an Uber or Google a local company.
