”I absolutely love staying here..... it's an old school house, converted into a working production studio space, and loft apartment style hotel rooms. The beds and jetted tubs are luxurious, the thoughtfully decorated rooms retain aspects of the old school and have a beautiful vintage touch. So much creativy and good vibes. The staff is responsive and wonderful. One of my favorite spots to visit:-)”

”A very short walk to Live Music events at MLK Park and right across the street from the Strong National Museum of Play. I was there for a one night music event. The hotel is bright and comfortable. Very nice King room - comfortable bedding, large TV, coffee & fridge. Exceptionally nice bathroom with walk in shower. For me a huge plus was the bright lighting because Hotel bathrooms can look dingy. Reasonable pricing, free parking and a nice well rounded breakfast made the stay very...

”Room itself could have been cleaner, however age of unit carpeting/tile itself may make it difficult for the staff to clean effectively. If all rooms are in this condition, they definitely need redoing. Breakfast was good, including coffee, and all staff very helpful. Hotel needs a new public computer - it's old and all sorts of issues occurred trying to get access, plus no chair at the computer. Staff let me use the office computer for medical info that was needed. Shower curtain not wide...

”Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

”They don't have an elevator. The room was cleaned however it was not restocked with amenities. The front desk is maintained by signs not people.”

”While we had a good experience with staff the hotel room itself was very dated. There was a small hand towel shoved into a vent above the bed area, dust build up on the AC unit (that wouldn’t come clean after I tried to wipe it down myself), TV didn’t work properly and the pillows were lumpy. Noticed one of the beds also wasn’t a full queen as it didn’t line up with the headboard. I’m not generally one to complain but while we still spent a decent amount of money to stay here for 1 night,...

”The room was freezing! No one wants to walk into a room that is 61 degrees. There is absolutely no reason to have the A/C that low. No extra blankets. No hot water - they did change our room only to find out the whole building was without hot water. Then there was the smoke detector with the absolutely piercing flashing light all night. No complaints about the staff and the breakfast was actually better than average, but that doesn’t make up for the horrible sleep before an early morning flight....
