We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. In the morning I let the staff know which she right away followed me back to room to check. She noticed the odor as soon as she entered room and immediately phoned her supervisor who was out of town. I’m calling Monday to see what they can do to compensate. I was assured that they would make it right....

”Stayed at the Strathallen for one night, as I had a high school reunion just a couple blocks away. Just a great property in a perfect location to be near a lot of Rochester attractions. The room was amazing, very large and in excellent condition. Perfect amenities, and a beautiful balcony overlooking part of the neighborhood. The restaurant and bar on the ground level were wonderful, with impeccable service. Highly recommended!”
