”It was beautiful and the staff was lovely. But the temperature in my room was beyond cold. I blasted the heater and put a towel under the door but there was still cold air coming in through the hallways. Don’t understand why be so wasteful. I had to put on layers to sleep and my face was frozen every day.”

Contras: Cero comunicacion para cualquier necesidad, un solo mini shampu y acondicionador para 6 dias 4 personas, la TV nunca se pudo accesar y no tuvimos comunicacion para saber como funcionaba. A lo mejor era una tonteria pero sin ayuda como huesped. Deberia tener atencion al huesped en todo momento.”
