”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night. The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”いつも本当に素敵なステイをさせていただき、ありがとうございます。 今回が5回目の宿泊でした。 ハワイに来ることも楽しみですが、同じくらいプリンスワイキキに泊まることが楽しみです。 自分の中でハワイとプリンスワイキキはセットになっていて、かけがえのない場所です。 ハーバービューを見るたびに、「ハワイに帰ってきたー！」となれます。 サービスも、お部屋の綺麗さも安定です。 ワイキキビーチで遊んだ後にすぐに着替えられないことや、立地の不便さは多少ありますが、ワイキキまで歩いていると土地勘もつくので、またトロリーやUberを使えばすぐの距離だし前座歩ける距離でもあるので、私は特に気になりません。 また来年４月にお世話になります。”

”Hotel was at the end of the shopping area/Kalakaua Ave, on the more quieter side. About 5 mins walk to the beach and right in front of the zoo and close to the aquarium. Hotel has a nice open lobby with ample sitting areas, its own cafe and surf shop/school. Each room was provided with plastic drinking water bottles that was very useful! Bed was comfortable and soft. Bathroom was nice with enough counter space for women. Water pressure was great. Towels were a little on the rougher/older side...
