”If you are looking for a charming, historic hotel that makes you feel like you have stepped back in time- this is the one. Being served on the veranda sitting in comfy chairs and admiring the giant magnolias = perfection. The staff is wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Sadly, no ghosts visited us, but maybe next time.”

”The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.”

”Everything was good except the free breakfast. Coffee was great, but most cooked breakfast items were over done. Still it was good to have something for breakfast and, it was free!!”

”Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon.”

”We booked last minute on our way home and found a gem. Checking in was easy and the property was easy to navigate. Our room was remodeled and beautiful. We have marked this hotel as our number 1 stop anytime we come through Georgia.”

”Location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. No ice machine, people in and out all night.Staff was friendly and helpful,had minor issues with tv in the beginning, but they were on it , barely had time to hang up and they were there.”
