Hello Tamara, thank you for your review. We are happy that you liked the fact that we are a social enterprise, as well as the breakfast. As it is mention in the website you've booked through, we don't have pool or a spa in the hotel (We do offer massages and other services previously requested at reception). Regarding the elevator, we are a 2 floor hotel, and since we are on a eartquake zone we are not allow to have one. Once again, thank you for supporting our social project by staying with us.

Hi Skander, we appreciate your support to our educational project, the one we feel so proud of. Regarding the AC, you are right, the room is pretty fresh. However we are working on adding AC to this room too, since all the other ones have their own AC and a ceiling fan as well. We will love to have you back in the near future!!

Hello Patricia! We are very concerned about your review. We offered you an upgrade to a King Size Room to make you feel more confortable in it. I'm very sorry that you didn't feel welcoming. Rgearding the hot water, we didn't receive any comments at reception about it, neither from you nor from other guests. Comnunication is key for us to make our guests stay as pleasant as possible. We are located 12 min walking from the Zócalo, next to a local market and La Soledad church.

Hi Tanya, we are thankful that you were part of our social project, which supports Oaxacan children education, at the same time while travelling around Oaxaca city.
