You reach the apartment via a covered walkway, from which you can enter directly. Immediately to the left, you'll find the small, separate kitchen with a window, equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and, of course, ample dishes and glassware.

To the right of the entrance is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window.

A spacious combined living and sleeping area with a separate dining area and a view awaits you. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV from the comfortable sofa.

There's also plenty of room for a double bed (180 x 200 cm) in this space.

The balcony is furnished with garden furniture and is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun.

The apartment includes a free underground parking space with bicycle storage and a ski storage room.
