This modern apartment is located on the first floor and features a south-facing balcony. From the small entrance hall, you enter the spacious living area with a modern open-plan kitchen, a country-style dining area with a large table, and a comfortable sofa. Everything you need for relaxed cooking is provided. A standard coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are also available. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Beyond this is the bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed and a second TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is the new bathroom with underfloor heating, a rain shower, and a toilet.

Both the living room and bedroom open onto the south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a snack. Wi-Fi and an underground parking space are, of course, provided free of charge.
