This apartment features an exceptionally spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, and a table. There is also a separate dining area with a bay window and a built-in bench by the fireplace, all featuring a beautiful, country-style wooden ceiling. This tastefully furnished living room is complemented by a large southeast-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing after a hike in nature.

Here you will find a modern bedroom, an exceptionally beautiful and spacious bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a toilet, and a bidet. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, as well as a dining table with a bench and chairs. A sofa is also provided for a relaxing afternoon nap. An additional west-facing balcony offers sunshine until the evening hours. Balcony furniture and parasols are provided.

Our elegant wooden doors, parquet floors, and existing wooden ceilings, crafted in our own carpentry workshop in Rubi, are truly special features.
