This cozy holiday apartment is situated in a dreamlike location in Oberstdorf, Germany’s southernmost town. It offers a wonderful retreat at the foot of the Allgäu Alps, ideal for couples or solo adventurers.

The 31-square-meter one-room apartment is located on the first floor and features a compact living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), a west-facing balcony, and a bathroom.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Senseo coffee machine. Outside, a furnished balcony invites you to relax in the evening sun after exciting excursions in the beautiful Oberallgäu. Whether you reach the Nebelhorn by cable car or as a determined mountaineer, this accommodation offers the perfect holiday experience combining adventure, relaxation, and tranquility.

The apartment is located in an apartment building on a traffic-calmed street. It is quiet and idyllic here even in high season, although the town center is within walking distance. No matter whether you want to experience a lot or just enjoy the view of the mountains - with us you can make your vacation the way you dreamed it!

In the summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for the entire duration of their stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf as well as the nearby Kleinwalsertal. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder available on site.

130 kilometers of slopes, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails await all winter sports enthusiasts. You can easily get to every valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 400m away from your holiday apartment.

A free parking space is available to you as a resident in front of the house.

You can quickly reach all places in the area by car. In high season, the local bus is recommended, which also reaches destinations that you are not allowed to drive to without an entry permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in the Trettachtal or Birgsau in the Stillachtal, from where you can go on great mountain tours in the Allgäu High Alps.

The next bus stop or city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

You can reach the bakery on foot in 4 minutes or you can also have fresh rolls delivered to your door.

Bed linen and towels are provided for you.

Bringing pets and smoking are not permitted in the holiday apartment.

A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
