This quaint home features a kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator for storing beach snacks and drinks. (The kitchenette has no stove, oven, or dishwasher, but with the array of dining options nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy local cuisine.) With two TVs, WiFi, a patio for enjoying the ocean breeze, and partial air-conditioning for those warm summer days, this cottage offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

Situated on a property with two other cottages, you can access a shared coin-operated laundry room and outdoor shower, adding convenience to your beach vacation.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 3, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
