”Clean, quiet, 3 block walk to boardwalk. We will return. Only complaint was no comfortable living room furniture. Only a hard, leather, low to floor futton and a arm chair. No sofas, couch or loveseat”

”Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s”

”We stayed here in late September and it was perfect for us. Very clean, beds were comfortable, property quiet. Just steps to the beach, and easy to wash the sand off outside. The owner is responsive to questions and made the check in/check out process easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again!”

”Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.”
