”Perfect for the price”

”We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

”The room was clean, cozy and the staff was amazing kind and made us feel welcomed.”

”The location is perfect for my business work. The parking is a bit cramped in the front and large trucks are too big to park there. The staff is wonderful. I'll return.”

”Great place to stay in the Town Center. We had a fantastic time walking to Nando’s, Lego, and a costume contest. Also, we saw a live band in the Town Center and we went to Tupelo Southern Kitchen. The Cheesecake Factory was the last stop, where hubby got a strawberry cheesecake. The Hyatt Hotel never disappoints me when we stay. Our rooms were cleaned and breakfast was complimentary with our stay.”

”Great Breakfast.. Boiled eggs and Bacon is needed”

”The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .”

”Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.”

”I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

”the free breakfast was worth eating”

”I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!”
