Tervetuloa kauniiseen avoimen pohjaratkaisun rantapakoon!
Tämä äskettäin ostettu koti on sisustettu uudelleen ja sisustettu hiljattain uimarannalla! Kausi 2016 on ensimmäinen kerta, kun taloa tarjotaan vuokrattavana. Tämän kodin ainutlaatuisessa pohjapiirroksessa on 4 erittäin yksityistä makuuhuonetta, isossa kylpyhuoneessa, toinen täysi kylpyamme ja puoli kylpy ensimmäisessä kerroksessa!

Location was great, very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for us to enjoy our stay. Plenty of utensils and seasonings in the kitchen to use. Check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. We did bring our own linens as requested, but the pillows we put our pillow covers on, were dirty so if you are picky on that matter, bring your own.

Family get together for thanksgiving

The house was nice and had plenty of space for our family to be all together in 1 room and also in separate places to relax privately.It could have been a little cleaner. It got really cold in a few of the rooms in the middle of the nights even after we turned the heat up.1 of the beds was very uncomfortable. It was disappointing that there was a working washer and dryer that we weren’t allowed to use. But even with those few things the house was a good fit for our large family. The outside area was nice but we didn’t spend any time outside too cold.

Excellent location and nice area.

We stayed here because it was in between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, Md. It was in a nice development, and we were close to Big Fish Grill which we enjoyed dinner at, and we visited Ocean View Restaurant for breakfast which was also delicious. One day, we h made breakfast at the house. The home was nice and clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us. My husband and myself, our grown son and his girlfriend. Perfect location.Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. It was close to the beach, but outside of the busy tourist areas. 10-15 minutes for the vast majority of tourist attractions, and a great location to hit up Rehoboth(20 min) and Ocean City(40 min) board walks in 1 vacation. Some odds and ends in the house were broken, like door knobs or ceiling fans, but overall the place was well worth it's price.

Priced well, but lacking in the details

When we saw this property listed with such high reviews we thought we had hit the motherlode. Unfortunately when we got there it was literally the bare minimum of what was advertised. Yes, the house has rooms and beds and AC and internet. However, everything was dusty/dingy, 1 day in the house without shoes left the kids feet black on the bottom. The couches are extremely old and they all need a deep clean (along with the carpets). The main room smelled bad. The kitchen was a disaster. The dishes were grimy and all had to be washed. There was no spare anything (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags), and zero cutlery aside from knives. We contacted Brittany who was very kind and mentioned they were having issues with the cleaners. She sent over an instacart of forks and spoons (along with trash bags and paper goods) but explained that after the first roll, visitors have to BYO. Having to bring your own sheets and towels is an inconvenience, but then being told that for a 4 night stay not enough TP and paper towels are available was unexpected. From a location standpoint I would not call this oceanside, it is in a less desirable area of Bethany Beach and not super convenient (although nothing around here is far) I was disappointed to come here and see a review from 2021 that highlights these exact problems since the reviews between are all 10/10. If you have a family and plan to use the kitchen, grill, or need laundry etc I would not recommend.

No second chance for teenagers

We booked this place to enjoy a first time get together for our entire blended family including teenagers including a 13 year old who gave into temptation and exited a dormer window and onto the roof. A neighbor told the owner, who canceled our stay but kept my money for the entirety of our 3 night booking even though we only stayed one night. We were apologetic, kind and complied with their orders to exit the property without argument. I asked for a refund of the two nights we did not stay there and they ignored my message.

Review

The property from the outside was very nice, the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The interior of the property was okay. There was really old furniture in the rooms, the smoke detectors were removed from the house, and a couple of areas in the house was damaged. I took images of the interior damage and sent them to the property owner and they were not aware of this damage or the missing smoke detectors as well as some damaged furniture in the bedrooms. If you just plan on not staying long in the house, then it’s no concern but if you plan to stay in the house more that going out, then just be aware.

Great location but definitely hire a new cleaning company

The overall stay was good. The location was great. It was far enough away from the busy tourist areas but close enough for a short drive to the beach. You could drive one way Bethany beach and the other way Dewey Beach. The size of the house was great. We had two families of 4 and fit very comfortably. You do have to bring your own towels and sheets (which honestly I prefer because I usually have to bring my own blankets when I stay anywhere anyways). The owner was very responsive, but once I mentioned the issues with the house, the communication ceased. Some areas of improvement would be the cleanliness of the house, pictures and amenities were misleading. The house definitely needs a deep clean, there was stains on the couch, left over ice cream and sand in the freezer, hair in the bathrooms that did not belong to us, and broken blinds and drawers in the bedroom. The pictures showed that there was bathroom mats (which there wasn't and I was not prepared to bring that). It also showed a grill (and the check out directions also said to clean the grill before leaving, however there was no grill which was something we were planning on. The amenities stated there was beach games, bikes, and other outdoor equipment but there were none.

The property was spacious and comfortable. The home was clean however the the walls had lot of scratches and minor damages on thw walls.

Family Weekend Trip

Great location, loved the quiet street and lots of parking. The description of the home was accurate however for our large family there were not enough utensils for cooking and eating. We enjoyed our two day stay.

Nice location with plenty of space

Great stay. Near by to lots of attractions, so even when our main plan for the weekend fell through we still had a great time. If you don't mind that linens are not provided then I would recommend it.

A few hiccups but nice house/location

The front door stuck terribly and accessing the property was a hassle which required a call to the owner. This should have been addressed in the check in instructions. Coffee maker didn't work-never a good thing! BUT- spacious and clean. Well set up for families. Just a few tweaks as mentioned above would make it awesome.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had a great time away at the property. We were not right on the beach, but a short drive to it. The house fit our family well. Would recommend to anyone with our same needs.
