Private house just two miles from Bethany Beach. Large, fenced back yard filled with games (cornhole, horseshoes, Giant Jenga & more), fire pit, grill, deck and outdoor shower. Chill on the large screened in porch with hammock. Use the two kayaks (one single & one double) in the Assawoman canal & White Creek (private neighborhood boat launch). Kid friendly (pak-n-play, baby monitor, booster seat, toys, books) Close to playground, hiking/biking trails, grocery store, restaurants and Ledo Pizza. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, & toys. Sheets are included just bring your own bath and beach towels. Washer and dryer.

An amazing place to stay, very nice house in a great location near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The hosts were great with communication and made the trip really easy for us. Would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay at Bethany Beach

The house is awesome! Completely stocked and very clean. It was easy to prepare meals on the grill, and the patio is great for morning coffee. Close to beach and other fun attractions. We used the beach stuff and bikes in the shed daily. We had a great week!!

The house was exactly as pictured. It is fully appointed with everything you need for an out of town stay and is immaculately clean. The shed is a treasure chest of outdoor games and toys for all 3 generations of our family. There were also several bicycles we didnt expect-we brought out own. Its a very comfortable and spacious house with some privacy for my son, wife and granddaughter w/ 2 of the bedrooms off a separate living room. The only setback was the proximity to the main road that is a well traveled thoroughfare thru the day and earlier evening. However, the fully fenced yard keep it safe for children and we adapted quickly to the sound of the road. One of the highlights of our trip was a side trip to Assateague Island to see the wild horses. Its a quick 40 min ride to this island with beautiful state beaches and an abundance of wild horses.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had a bunch of convenient amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch! Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at the Sea Turtle! There wasn’t anything that Kathy did not think of to accommodate guests and ensure that our stay was comfortable and convenient . From the stocked kitchen of pots and pans, children’s utensils, coffee, seasonings , to being able to relax on the deck, or having games and toys for both children and adults, and to having extra pillows or sheets if necessary . There was more than enough space inside and outside of the house especially with essentially 2 living room areas and plenty of yard space. Not once did we feel crowded. The sea turtle was conveniently located to the beach and other fun things to do (such as The Millville Boardwalk) and easily accessible to a grocery store when we realized we needed extra items. This property was great and our family will definitely be returning again whenever we plan to stay at Bethany beach! Thank you Kathy!

Perfect for a Family!

The Sea Turtle had everything needed for a family vacation. The house was very comfortable and stocked with so many items. The shed had everything needed to enjoy the backyard, canal, biking and/or beach. A great location with just a few minutes from the beach and a grocery store across the street that has everything. The backyard was very secure and easy to see kids playing while on the screened in porch or in the kitchen! Parking at the beach with the Park mobile app was super easy and access was always just a few steps away from the car. We saw our first Horseshoe Crab at Bethany Beach and had a wonderful time at the Sea Turtle.

Wonderful House

The house was fully equipped with everything you would need for a home away from home. It was so nice not to have to bring all of our own beach items since the house had exactly what we needed for a family of 4. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a good experience

My friends and i really enjoyed our stay, the house is close to everywhere and the beach as well. The house is clean and comfortable with relaxing spots such as a deck, and a sunroom.i recommend this place to everyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay!

The Turtle House was great.

The Turtle House was a great house. It was pacious and clean. Air conditioning kept the whole place cool during a heat wave. We had everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive with any questions we had.

Our short getaway

Very impressed with the property. Description was right on point. Relative close to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied. Master bedroom very comfortable. I slept like a baby upon return from all day at the beach. The outdoor shower is a big plus. If I would come again to Bethany - I'm a Caribbean girl and the water is too cold for me - i would definitely stay here. The owner was very responsive, always responded within 30 minutes of my messages. Great host!

Very comfortable home, great host!

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-appointed. Between that and the grill, eating in was very convenient- especially with the grocery store just across the street! The only small drawback was the traffic noise - the home is on an open corner lot on a very busy road, so enjoying the screened porch/hammock was a bit dampened by that. We were able to bike quite a bit - the area has great bike infrastructure. We found a ramp at the back of the neighborhood to kayak into the Assawoman canal from, that was a great perk - it’s protected even on a very windy day. The fenced in backyard with many lawn games was delightful, and the outdoor shower came in handy - thanks Kathy!

Our entire three night stay was fantastic! The house was very spacious, extremely clean, and packed with all of the essentials and conveniences that you’re used to in your own home. We absolutely loved the screened in porch, the outdoor shower, the board games, and the shed filled with all the necessary beach gear. The location was great! We were near the grocery store, gas station, many restaurants, and less than a ten minute drive to the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Great Home and Amenities!

The property was very clean and well equipped. There were lots of fun toys and lawn games for everyone to play. The oversized Jenga was a real hit! We came on a family vacation to visit family who lives in Salt Pond. The location was perfect and convenient.
