THE VIEW
A17 has a prime location on Breakwater Way just steps from the sand and ocean waves. This condo is perfect for families with kids who want to play on the grass off the back patio as well as anyone with physical disabilities who needs easy access to sand and the condo. Its location makes it very convenient to pull to the side and unload suitcases or groceries right through the patio door. Enjoy incredibly easy access to the beach and some wonderful people-watching.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation.
The dining table seats 6. There are also 2 stool seats at the counter bar for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
In the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on the two large comfortable sofas. There is a flat-screen smart TV in the living room that you can use to sign in to your favorite streaming platform and enjoy your own curated list of TV shows and movies. The TV is also equipped with cable TV with 250+ channels, free of charge. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The primary suite has an ensuite bath that features a walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
A17 is set up to sleep 6 guests. with a King bed in the Primary Bedroom and three twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have mounted TVs with cable TV provided for our guests. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next door to the unit.
-A17 is a corner cottage which means it has more windows bringing in light and is a roomier than other non corner units
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-A17 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions.
