Inquire on longer stay discounted rates. E-106 at North Coast Village is a 1BR condo which is located up near the oceanfront and very conveniently located to the beach. It's decorated in beachy and nautical decor. This one bedroom south facing unit boasts ocean and pool views, as well as overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and swimming pool. Facing south, it enjoys day-long warm sunshine in both winter and summer; gentle breezes caress at sunset and the gentle sound of surf will accompany your dreams. Kitchen and living room area remodeled in 2024. New stainless appliances and tile floor. Bedroom is carpeted. 2 TVs (living room TV has premium cable channels) and complementary secured WIFI provided. Fresh clean crisp linens are also provided for your comfort.

The ocean, heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills along with other facility amenities are literally yards away from this quiet and charming unit, which will enchant and delight you and provide lasting memories of your stay in paradise.

Awake to the glistening ocean in the California King bed in master bedroom along with TV and ensuite bathroom. Queen memory foam sleeper sofa in living room.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards for lazy days on the beach.

Disappointed

The entire NCV property is beautiful, as always, but the unit itself left us disappointed. I don't think the unit or the furnshings have been updated at all for at least 20-30 years. Carpets are dirty and badly faded, metal furnisnings have rust areas, and the smell of old, damp, mildewy carper hangs in the air. Pictures don't show how old, worn it really is.

Perfect Location

I always love staying in North Coast Village. The unit itself is dated but it does the job if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and you plan to be at the beach or pool! Would definitely stay again. Would just recommend Brenda do a deep carpet cleaning.

Good stay for the money

Condo is old and dated, but fine for a several-day stay. Cons: The bathroom sink is at a good level for pre-schoolers but just above knee-level for me. You're in a building with a lot of other people using the plumbing, so the water temperature can suddenly fluctuate. Be prepared to sidestep the spray when you're in the shower. If you walk from the bedroom to the kitchen at night, you have to walk around the kitchen counter in the dark if you need to turn on a light. The only switch I saw was by the front door. The carpet is old, and at least one lamp had no bulb. Pros: The grounds are beautiful, the pool is large and looked well-maintained, the balcony is a nice place to catch an ocean breeze, you can see the ocean between buildings from the balcony, boogie boards on the balcony were useful in the ocean, and you can walk from your door to a sandy beach in less than five minutes. It's farther from the pier than most other beachside condos, but it's still just a 15-minute walk, and because of the beautifully landscaped grounds, the pool and the self-contained vibe, it felt more like an oasis of serenity amid the bustle and energy of The Strand and pier. Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, it's a good place. I'd consider staying there again.

Needs updating

Great location at complex in the heart of Oceanside! This property itself felt like walking back in time to the 1980s. Desperately needs updating in all areas: furniture, appliances, flooring, everything. Our daughter stayed in the same building, and her property had been thoroughly updated. Elevator was scary. I took the stairs whenever possible. Communication with owner/manager was not satisfactory. It felt like every effort we made to communicate was a nuisance to her. Never did get Wi-Fi in our property, but we were able to access our daughter’s,. We did report this to owner, so hopefully future guests will have clearer directions for Wi-Fi access. Signage within the property was more threatening than welcoming. Beautiful area with lots to do! Should we return, we would definitely choose this complex, but look into other properties, as many seemed to be available.

Condo has very very old smelly carpets that need to be changed asap. They make the entire place stink. Ants were also in the kitchen and the bathroom. Expected more from this place

Great location

This condo is in a great location with access to either pier or harbor side of the beach. When I was there reservations for pool and spa were still required. As a result, I only used the pool once. However, you are a stone’s throw from the beach so that’s where I spent my time.

Perfect location

My family and I stayed here for thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. Our favorite thing about our stay was the location! We could see the ocean from the balcony and the beach was a very short walk away. We loved that Brenda provided towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for our kids.
