  • Amazing yhden perheen kuuden makuuhuoneen koti, suoraan hiekkaa Oceanside, CA! Kävele oikealla rannan tasolla, jossa on avoin olohuone, takka ja keittiö, jotka kaikki näkyvät merelle. Nauti suuresta rannalla sijaitsevasta patiosta, jossa on valtava valtameri takapihallasi! Keittiössä on 6-hehkulamppu, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, iso jääkaappi, viini-jääkaappi sekä kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon ja aterioiden valmistamiseen! Päätasolla on yksi makuuhuone ja yksi täysi kylpyamme. Yläkerrassa on vielä 3 makuuhuonetta, joista jokaisella on oma parveke ja oma kylpyhuone. Myös pienempi makuuhuone sijaitsee. Makuuhuoneessa on takka, merenranta-parveke ja valtava kylpyhuone merinäköalalla. Tule paeta rannalle tässä upeassa kodissa! Tämä laite sisältää keskusvirtalaitteen niille, jotka tarvitsevat rentoutua rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen.

It’s a great place and as a big family that likes to travel and cook at their destination we were very happy that the kitchen was very well equipped. Being that it’s a beach house we enjoyed the fact that it had a lot of accommodations for going to the beach.

Our family met up here for a vacation. This was a lovely property in Oceanside, right next to a small public beach access which made it easy to get down to the beach. The management company was on top of things - very helpful and responsive. There were no major issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful property. Photos are true to the house. It was very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing experience swimming, watching surfers, and enjoying the sunset views from the patio spa. One room with King has a balcony and ocean view, the room with the bunks (full sized!) has a balcony and ocean view from the side, and one room with a king has a street front balcony. A smaller room with a full bed has ocean front view through the window. We would love to come back!!!!

Amazing Stay!

We loved our time here! Perfect location - it was everything we expected and more. Right on the beach with unbeatable views. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the indoor/outdoor vibe of the entire house. The customer service was awesome. They had great communication, quick-response times and provided helpful options for us when weather cancelled a lot of our group's flights/travel plans. Thank you for everything!

Loved It

Wonderful place, was exactly what the whole family needed. There were 11 of us, didn’t feel cramped, everything was close and convenient. Management was responsive and really really attentive. My only complaint is the ceiling fans for the property were on timers and they shut off every thirty minutes. For what the cost is, I don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night cause it’s a little stuffy. But otherwise it would have been a five star the whole way down.

Great place for our family gathering

It was perfect for our family gathering! Everything was well organized and comfortable. We had five families stay here and there was plenty of space in each room. Not enough seats for our group of 13 to eat at a table, but they were nice enough to bring us a folding table and chairs. One of the bathroom locks to the sliding doors was difficult to open and my husband got locked in for several minutes. This wasn’t a big deal, but we were glad it wasn’t one of our kids that got locked in. Overall it was a perfect place to celebrate and everything was very thoughtfully arranged. Thank you! We’d love to stay again someday.

Family Annual vacation

View is incredible, but house description is incorrect. The master bedroom upstairs must share a hallway bathroom with two other tiny bedrooms. The master bathroom does not have a view of the ocean and the overhead fan in the master bedroom is set on a timer with a 30 minute max! The stairs down to the ocean need a handrail, they are dangerous. Took almost a day to get the spa fixed. This house just isn't worth the fees they are charging.

Disappointed

I have rented a lot of properties on VRBO and have never left a bad review. However, this property was a huge disappointment. This house is in need of maintenance and revonation. The furniture is very worn, inside and outside. There were mice in the kitchen that got into our food repeatedly and pooped all over the counters. The A/C and every light and fan are on timers. The lights are understandable, but setting timers to turn off fans and A/C can make for a warm night. On a positive note, the view and the proximity to the beach are outstanding.

Graduation Celebration

The property is exactly what you see. You are RIGHT on the ocean! We had guests from age 2 to 89 years-old. One small issue was the jacuzzi took awhile to heat up. But it was explained that they put in fresh water, so I think that was worth it. BIG issue was how disappointing Beachfront was about check-in. 4:00 pm is check-in. No one was in our unit the prior day. I inquired about early check-in I was told it was $600 for a 2:00 check in. This is outrageous! I am on both sides of this business I would never gouge someone like this. After hearing this it was hard to believe Beachfront cared about our experience. Most tenants enter the home and decide what they need for their stay which usually requires shopping out side the property. I would not expect anyone do anything worth that amount of money for 2 hours. If ever given the opportunity to let someone start their vacation a little early, why wouldn't you. What added to the confusion is that they send you a count down clock for 12:00 am the day of not 4:00 pm Please don't hide behind "policy" you make the rules.

Beautiful location but poor condition

My family was very excited that we found this rental to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. The pictures on VRBO look beautiful and the rental is tastefully decorated. It’s right on the water with easy access to the freeway, but we quickly discovered it was far from what we’d expected for the price we paid. The counters were sticky, the dishes had crusted food on them, the glasses had smudges on them, the dishwasher smelled “eggy,” the wine fridge wasn’t working, all of the outdoor chair cushions were worn and stained, the grill was filthy, and there’s no where near enough cookware for a family of 12-14. When we turned in that first evening, a pair of shorts was discovered in one of the showers, and there was feces on the wall in another bathroom. It was also impossible to close the pocket door to that bathroom, so there was no privacy. The following morning, as we went to make breakfast, the kitchen exhaust fan over the stove started smoking and blew. Then one of the shelves in the hall closet came crashing down when we tried to place something on it because it was missing the supporting clips underneath. I texted that morning about the feces, exhaust fan, shelf, and wine fridge, and the management company sent people over to handle the issues. While we loved our family time, we requested to have the cleaning fee reimbursed, since we’d had to clean so much ourselves, but the company refused, saying they could only provide credit towards a future stay.

Family trip to Legoland

Really enjoyed our stay. Home had plenty of room for 11 of us. The views were great. Watched some dolphins and seals while sitting on the deck. Nice having a hot tub after a long day at Legoland. Would definitely come back.

Great views!

Loved our stay! We’ve been here a few years in a row and will definitely come back! We loved having the hot tube on the deck! the only downside is sometimes the tide is too high to play in the water but other than that this way a perfect place to stay!

Our group had the best 5 days here! The deck view of the ocean and direct access is unbeatable. So close to everything you need and we highly recommend this for a big group or family.

Exquisite Site

The location was breathtaking! The place could use a little more updating, but the view makes it all forgiving. The hot tub wasn’t heating up initially, but they sent someone to check on it. I recommend checking the hot tub right when you get there because we didn’t notice it towards the end of our stay when we decided to utilize the hot tub.

Clean with Direct Access to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is very clean, which is huge for me. Some things are dated like bathrooms and kitchen, but I guess the focus is the view. Only problems were no working ice maker and they gave us 2 bags of ice in the freezer which was plenty and the hot tub didn't heat up until after the second night. I guess it just takes awhile? They came out and it finally was over 100 degrees on the second day, just before we left. We stayed 3 nights so couldn't really use until the last day as the weather was cool/windy. The stairs to the beach have been swept away from the staircase at the bottom (the last 4 stairs). We were still able to use with caution.
