Ota Bird's Eye merinäköalalla Pacific Villas Unit Four -kadulta

1940-luvulla rakennettu, tämä uusittu kiinteistö yhdistää alkuperäisiä yksityiskohtia, kuten upea kivitakka, moderni kalustus ja avoin ulkoasu. Rentoudu parvekkeella juoman kanssa kädessä ja katsele auringonlaskua Tyynenmereen. Aamulla voit valmistautua osumaan rannalle, josta on näkymät surffailulle asunnosi mukavuudesta.

Pacific Villas: Yksikkö 4 sijaitsee 3-kerroksisessa itärakennuksessa kolmannessa kerroksessa. Yksikkö on merelle päin ja on panoraamanäköala merelle. Se sijaitsee pienessä, perheen omistuksessa olevassa 6 yksikön lomakompleksissa.

Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan kaksi vierasta, jotka sijaitsevat toisen vierasaseman yläpuolella. Liikevaihtomaksu ei ole neuvoteltavissa, koska se maksetaan suoraan siivous- ja liinavaatteiden myyjille, jotka siivoovat ammattimaisesti jokaisen vierailun välillä.

Huomaa, että kiinteistöllä on saman päivän liikevaihto, joten emme salli aikaista sisäänkirjautumista tai myöhäistä uloskirjautumista, koska siivous- ja huoltohenkilöstömme luottavat siihen ajanjaksoon valmistellakseen yksikköä tulevaa oleskelua varten.

Kompleksi on täydellinen pariskunnille tai pienille perheille. Pacific Villas ei salli juhlia tai tapahtumia monimutkaisen alueen sisällä, emmekä salli valokuvauskuvia kiinteistölle.

* Pysäköintitietojen ilmoittaminen: Yksi pysäköintialue sisältyy laitteen mukana, mutta huomioi kuitenkin, että moottoripihalle pääsee tunnelin kautta. Pacific Villas #4 was an excellent stay! The rental was clean & had everything we needed. Location & view were amazing! Access from the street above made unloading & loading very easy. The parking lot below was great for overnight safe parking. I would highly recommend this unit!!

PHOTOS OUT & IN VERY DECEIVING!!!

We had booked the house for 5 nights and we didn’t even stay one! The area surrounding the complex is very sketchy and we did not feel safe there. The balcony is small and photos do not depict what you see when you are on looking out to the ocean. What you see are extremely run down properties all around and the air out and in reeks with the smell of marijuana (which I know is legal in CA). The outside furniture and areas are filthy and just nasty. The inside seemed cleanish but way smaller than photos depicted. The appliances seemed okay and bathroom was fine just really small. The bed sat so low it was almost on the floor and sofa very worn. We have rented many times through VRBO for over 30 years and have never had photos be so misleading or owners be so unwilling to work with us and make things right. We contacted the property manager immediately. Tom was very defensive and said it was past the 14 day refund policy so he couldn’t do anything for us. After several more phone calls he said that if he rented it he would refund us something. He ended up renting it for 3 of the 5 nights but we only received a refund for a little over 1/4 of what we paid in full. We weren’t expecting a full refund but we thought 1/2 would have been fair. Lesson learned don’t believe what you see in the photos and do a google earth search to see what you are getting yourself into!!!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!

From the comfy bed to the sound of the ocean...all was just what we needed! Hosts were very informative and left nothing to question. Very clean with all of the amenities! Beautiful sunset as well, which was a surprise from the overcast day! 5 stars!! Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Oceanside. The condo was very cute and clean. Bed was comfy and is within walking distance of the Oceanside Pier. Would book again!

Overall nice property-dryer/washer destroyed clothes

There are two dryers on the property. One of them was broken and smelled strongly of mold. The other dryer destroyed 3 of my shirts- actually tore holes in them and ripped the tops of two tank tops so they're completely unusable - the inside of the door/lint trap doesn't fit properly, and snagged and ripped up the clothes. Either remove the washer/dryer as an amenity, or have them fixed. Sucks to be on vacation and have half your clothes ruined. Otherwise- Property was clean, check in and parking was easy, plenty of towels and blankets.

Great Getaway from hot Arizona

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate his 40th birthday. The villa was a great size for the two of us. And the view can’t be beat! Originally from Maine, we were missing the ocean and it was wonderful to listen to the waves crashing right outside our villa. Everything was walkable into town. One thing, I some how missed was that there is two beach chairs and an umbrella available in the unit to use for your beach days 😎I was thinking there was not so, it was great to realize those were available for use. Our neighbors were quiet and you can sit on the porch and watch all sorts of cool and classic cars driving by on the strand. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back!

Amazing ocean views!

Perfect quaint property in a walkable location and great balcony views of the sunset, dolphins and surfers. Location was super close to delicious restaurants. Left the windows open all night and listened to the crashing waves.

Clean and convinent

You can't stay much closer to the water than this. Very nice, clean apartment. Parking can be difficult and driving down The Strand is annoying at times, but it is very easy to park on Pacific and walk through the gate, this is what we did most of the time when we knew we were leaving again somewhat soon. Quick walk down to the sand or the pier, plenty to do and see!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I decided to go on a little weekend trip to get away from home during Covid. We loved it and had a great time ! This location is a little smaller than i imagined but it was still a cute little place. Loved how close it was to local markets, restaurants, and the beach. Property manager was awesome and she was able to communicate really fast whenever I had a question. Overall a great experience!

Lovely coastal getaway

My friend and I enjoyed a couple of nights at this wonderful property for a short staycation in Oceanside. Hearing the waves while going to sleep was so calming. The unit is equipped with nice kitchen filled with all the basics you'll need to cook a few seaside snacks. I would most definitely stay here again in the future. Owner was sweet and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
