”The staff is nice and welcoming. We were offered appetizers when we checked in. They do not have a restaurant, but they do have an honor bar. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy walk down to down. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon.”

”Totally adequate for our quick one night travel stay. Firm mattress. Facilities are pretty tired. Adequate cleanliness. Very friendly staff.”

”The decor and staff was excellent! What I didn’t like was the room wasn’t throughly cleaned….. there was trash and dust under the pull out sofa bed in the room. Also, the walls adjoining rooms are very thin…. I heard EVERYTHING my neighbors were engaged in. From their conversations, to entertainment played on their phones, to their “adult time”.”

”The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.”

”The towels in our room were stained and had holes in them, looking more like old shop rags than hotel towels. The room phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask about a rollaway bed. Our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults and 3 children, yet the room did not have a couch, pullout bed, or any other sleeping arrangement for a fifth guest. We were told a rollaway bed would cost an additional $35, and the front desk even suggested that sleeping on the floor might be an...

”The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. ”I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. I Had the King suite for a week. Very convenient to food and stores. The bed was very comfortable . My daughter slept on the hide a bed and she also was comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful. Lizzy was super friendly and got us checked in after a long flight from Los Angeles. I will be staying again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and cleanliness, Thanks.”

”We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough.
