”The house is in a great location, steps to the beach! The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The outside furniture is great. Great stay for our 18th wedding anniversary!”

”Basic little cottage, but met our needs. Good location, comfy bed. Only minor negative is having to clean the bathroom before leaving. I've never stayed in a cottage in Ocracoke (or anywhere) where I was expected to do more than sweep and take out the trash. We would stay there again.”

”We have a wonderful week staying in Log Shaker of Salt. The good far outweighed the bad. Minor bads: The Two large stove burners didn’t work, CD player didn’t work “nocd” code for multiple disks. No problem for us, as we don’t usually watch TV on vacation. They can use a high table on top deck for snacks and drinks while watching the sunset. Overall fine vacation. with Netflix and Prime. ”
