”Olen käynyt Keiossa vuodesta 1997, useammin kuin viereisissä Hyatteissa. Paikka on näköaloineen upea ja palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa miinus on lounge-ruokailun yksipuolisuus ja vaihtumattomuus. Lähes yksinomaan jotain makeaa, esim. ei kertaakaan sushia, joka on yleensä näiden klubipaikkojen kevyt ykkönen. Vakava asia, joka lopettaa minun käyntini toistaiseksi, on 15 vuotta ajastaan jäljessä oleva netti. Tolkuttoman hidas ja pienenkin tauon aikana pätkivä yhteys ei ole nykyaikaa. Kaikkialla näkyy...

”We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....

”Had a great stay at this lovely onsen hotel. Tidy, new, nice details. The onsen at the top floor was suberb! Don’t worry if you have tattoos, they sell big covering patches in the reception. Had a room with a view to Shinjuku skyline. Walking distance from Golden Gai and Shinjuku nightlife for those night owls. Great value for money and unique experience!”

”Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. Travelling as a family, our kids were always taken into condiseration. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and as a definite plus we had a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. ”The hotel is cosy and clean, room is average in size. Location is optimal next to Nishi-Shinjuku metro station. Staff is helpful. The room had a little bit of musty smell, which was a minor negative thing.”

”A very good stay with the greatest location. The only thing is the street noise: i was on the 22nd floor and still had to wear earplugs. 100% worth it though, beautiful view over Shinjuku. Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast (thank you for the natto!)”
