”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. ”The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper.

”This hotel is beyond beautiful, and the staff are EXCELLENT. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. This is the best hotel I've every stayed at! My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street. ”

”Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!”

”Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Kylpyhuone hieman vanhanaikainen kylpyammeineen ja suihkuverhoineen, mutta siisti. Jenkkityyliin suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Käytävät olivat tyylikkäät. Aula ja alakerta erittäin tyylikkäät takkoineen ja joulukoristeineen sekä myöhemmin Mardi Gras -koristeineen. Aamupalabuffetti oli erittäin hyvä! Mansikat olivat erityisen makeita. Uima-allasosastolla (sisällä) oli lämmintä ja tunnelmallinen valaistus. Uima-allasosastolla oli uima-allas, poreallas sekä sauna....
