”Hotel was nice! Very quiet and clean. Location was close to a lot of places to visit. The only thing was parking that was annoying but thankfully we found parking in front to get things out. Staff helped us get the luggage’s which was great!”

We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”The style and uniqueness of the hotel was very nice. The staff were very nice, too. I wasn’t satisfied with hearing the loud sucking noises when the toilet flushed in the adjoining room. This occurred during the day and night.”

”The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot”

”Incredibly welcoming staff always acknowledged me even when quickly passing through the lobby. Modern building, nicely maintained. The single room was roomy with high ceilings, large bathroom with shower that feels almost too open. My room faced Canal and could easily hear the street noise. The room included a white noise machine which is nice. About 20 minute walk to WWII museum, bus/streetcar on St.Charles gets you to the Garden District. The French Quarter is across the street.
