In the heart of the village of Oëlleville, this house offers you an ideal place for a relaxing stay with family, friends, or colleagues. The terrace, adjacent to the living-dining room, allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The garage can accommodate up to four motorcycles and/or bicycles.



The house is located 9 minutes from the Mirecourt-Juvaincourt motor racing circuit, 15 minutes from the Colline de Sion, 25 minutes from Vittel and Contrexéville, and 40 minutes from Épinal and Nancy.



Upon entering, you will discover a kitchen in blue and white tones, fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals and breakfasts together.



Next to the kitchen, the dining and living area welcomes you with warm decor, a large table for six people, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi and access to streaming platforms.



On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace in complete privacy, equipped with a bench-table for six people, in a green setting.



On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, towel dryer, and toilet at your disposal, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning products.



You will access the upper floor via a wooden staircase. Three beautiful bedrooms with a plant theme await you: two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, dressing room, and chest of drawers.
