The roof terrace and garden offer even more space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is the perfect spot to admire the water views, watch the birds, and experience the unique charm of Friesland from the water.

The ground-floor apartment is fully furnished for 8 people, making it the perfect place for both families and groups of friends, because with a total area of about 118m2, there is more than enough space for you and your travel companions.
Through the hallway, you directly access the bedrooms but also the bright and spacious living area.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, and kettle. So, you can prepare any meal you feel like in your holiday home. The playfully arranged living space makes the cozy dining area feel like a separate room, where you can enjoy cooking skills with 8 people.

The seating area, with comfortable sofas and an extra armchair, is located by the television. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the house is light, and you have a beautiful view of the spacious terrace. This terrace, overlooking the harbor, is equipped with a garden table for 6 people and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying your own private outdoor space.

The house has four bedrooms that can be accessed via the hallway. The first two bedrooms have a double bed (180x200cm) consisting of two separate beds/mattresses (90x200cm) that can also be moved apart. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90x200cm). All bedrooms have tables, including lighting next to the beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom, with a walk-in shower and two sinks, offers ample space and comfort. A design radiator ensures your towels are always warm and dry. For even more convenience during your stay, there is a separate room with a washing machine, so you can do laundry at any time. There is also a separate toilet in the house.

The house comes with a parking space, so there is always a spot for your car. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house. For children up to 2 years old, there is a cot (60x120cm) and a high chair available in the accommodation.

The area around the accommodation offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy Friesland from the water. At the harbour, guests can rent SUP boards or sailing boats to explore the surrounding waterways at their own pace. For a relaxed day nearby, the beach club restaurant is a lovely place to enjoy a meal by the water, while water skiing and the seasonal Aquapark add extra fun for those looking for more active experiences.
The charming town of Sneek is only a 10-minute drive away. Guests can also rent a sloop and sail to Terherne, Goingarijp or Sneek for drinks or dinner, creating a memorable day out on the Frisian lakes.
Several facilities and activities are within easy walking distance. The ferry to Starteiland can be reached in about 13 minutes on foot, while the nearby beach club is around 12 minutes away. The RCN campground, just a short walk from the accommodation, offers additional facilities and the possibility to rent Valk sailing boats. Restaurants, water sports facilities and seasonal leisure activities are all close by, making this location ideal for a stay filled with relaxation, nature and adventure.

Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in begins at 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and keys should be returned to the same location where they were collected.If a baby cot is available, it will not include bedding. Please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
