Great Place, Book it.

Wow, what a great place. If you are staying in the SLC/Ogden/Layton area this is your place. Book it. Plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. Rooms were great. ROKU TV's and everything that you could ever need for a great stay. Also pet friendly which was great we stayed with our dogs. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. House was within 10 mins of all kinds of stores and not to far from the freeway. Danny and Nancy were wonderful. Check in and check out were breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.

Quick trip to Utah

Quick trip to Utah to see in-laws. Apartment was nice, rooms were small. Had to call owners to get garbage bags. Got them the next day. Host was great to communicate with.

Roomy apartment, but in need of a deep clean

The apartment was spacious with lots of seating which made it comfortable and feel roomy. It was also nice to have a tv in the guest room for the kids. The only problem was the cleanliness of the apartment. I’m shocked if this was “professionally cleaned” there were fairly simple things that would not be missed by a cleaning company. The family room remote was missing and while we were searching for it, under the couch was appalling- tons of dirt, hair and crumbs. The lights in the bathroom were covered in layers of dust, lots of dust above the vents in the home, baseboards were filthy. Bathroom had dark curly hair in the corners of the shower and even in the shower pan once I started the water. The extra pillows were gross and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time with stains and hair. The master bedroom linen was stained. Honestly, the whole place needs a deep cleaning and some new linens. I wouldn’t be so picky about the condition of baseboards and doors, but it’s listed as “LUX NEW APARTMENT”.

Cute at a first glance

I didn’t feel the apartment was clean. Oven, some dishes, some pots and pans and carpets were dirty and very stained. Furniture in living room was dingy and cluttered. I wore house shoes my entire stay as the carpets were extremely dirty to me. Lighting outside was pretty much non existent and this caused some concerns at night with children. Games in front closet were missing pieces and some didn’t work because they needed batteries. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was nicely decorated. Tv remote in living room had no batteries. A apartment definitely needs some attention.

Way Better Than A Hotel!

My family of six and our dog comfotably fit in this spacious condo! Located close to many attractions and delicious food. We had a marvelous stay with comfortable beds and many amenities including a full kitchen and THREE tvs!

Nice place

Overall was very good. The only thing that was noticed was the carpet in the master room was stained and well used. Other than that, the place was very well taken care of and clean. Property and Neiborhood was very quiet got a good night's sleep.

Birthday Vacation

Flew to Utah on a last minute trip for a kids birthday. The host responded quickly to make his place available for same day booking. Communication with host was tremendous. This apt is very nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if available on my next trip to Utah!

A great apartment.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Rather than being crowded at my daughter house, a part of the family stayed at this great apartment nearby. This place is everything that it is described as and we had a great stay. The place was very clean and there was good space for a 3 bedroom. The hosts were fantastic. Actually, the best hosts I've had in the multiple Vrbo stays that I have experienced. It was over Christmas and they offered to decorate for a small additional fee. I am so happy we took them up on that because it made the place even nicer. Now the important stuff. The beds were very comfortable; better than most hotels. The HVAC worked well. The parking was close and convenient. The door lock was easy to use. The place was very clean. There were adequate towels and cooking supplies. The place even has a nice view. There is really only one negative. The noise from other apartments. This is a second floor unit of a three story building. I believe that the same host also rents the space above as a Vrbo. I think one evening that guests in that unit arrived very late, so from between 3 and 5 am we got a lot of walking and talking noise on one of the nights. I don't think the noise was careless, I just think the apartment building was poorly built. But noise was only a problem one of the four nights. We did use a fan (provided) as white noise and that helped. Even with a bit of nuisance noise, I give this place a top rating.

Wonderful trip

The apartment was amazing. Very clean and inviting. There was board games for my kids to play with. Which they loved. The WiFi worked will with everyone devices. I can’t say anything more except, this apartment is amazing.

Perfect space for family of 9 for a few days

Overall great experience. It was a little tight when our daughter, her husband and their baby were added to the mix at the last minute because of a move, but we loved being there with everyone. Thanks for a nice place to stay.

Great apartment, so much room!

Often, pictures are taken from crazy angles to make places look nicer/bigger. Not this place! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, beautiful, and cozy this apartment was! Would definitely book again.

Perfect stay

We stayed a total 9 nights and actually towards the end of the trip it was really hard to leave this place, it really felt like our home away from home. Clean, covered parking, location to main parts of the Utah’s main attractions for us, all amenities and toiletries were well stocked, communication with issues between Danny were addressed professionally and prompt. Family visit

This place was perfect for our needs. We stayed with our children and grandchildren (8 of us in total) while visiting another child. The location was close to everything we needed and allowed us to have space, so we weren’t always on top of each other. Our 1 year old grandson loved the plastic kid dishes and utensils that were included. We would stay here on another visit if it was available.
